First, before we continue! What is your definition of Evil?
Based of the definition:
"Evil" is a term used to describe morally reprehensible or wicked actions, behavior, or qualities that cause harm, suffering, or destruction. It is often associated with intentional wrongdoing, cruelty, and a deviation from accepted moral standards. The concept of evil can be subjective and varies across cultural, religious, and philosophical perspectives.
Some Examples:
Murdering
Tormenting
Stealing
Abusing
Etc
Everyone has their own perspective of evil depending on society, tradition, and culture.
In the spiritual realm evil are ignorant souls that are not mature or ascended.
( Evil is also the absent of Love )
There are young souls that fall pray to selfish desires and aren’t able to consciously view life through their spirit. They are like toddlers, spiritually speaking. No matter their physical appearance.
Even if the individual had experience traumas there is no excuse. Many people who have elevated to higher realms of vibration are not immune to traumas, but they prevent their ego to consume them. Elevated individuals are spiritually mature to understand why certain things happen to them and see how pointless to react with the ego/impulse. They have a deeper understanding/knowing to prevent the ego to steer them off track. They keep focus on the real purpose of their existence and encourage a peaceful life.
~ Specifically speaking, the urge to seek revenge or act like a victim is to seek justice for their bruised ego.
Such as: The yearning of punishing others gives them the joy to express their pain and suffering on to others. It is like, playing fire with fire. Giving pain to others that was similarly given to them, allows them not to suffer alone or their suffering seems less.
Choosing:
You have been given life! In that life, you must choose how to handle yourself and which path you choose to take. We are given choices. So what choice will you make to an unfortunate situation. Fall pray to your emotions. Allow it to consume you, act unpredictable and seek justice. In the end, that is EGO. As majority of us are born with amnesia we do not recall what we are suppose to learn or do in this life. Amnesia gives us the ability to choose the path we are suppose to take or completely go off course. That is the beauty of choice. However, off course tends to be our emotions leading.

*
Example on a personal experience:
I began living with my boyfriend, and in that house reside his mother & her boyfriend. My boyfriend and his mother speaks Portuguese while I am able to speak Spanish slightly fluent. They encourage me to speak my families language by engaging with me in Spanish. However, the mother’s boyfriend (Caucasian) didn’t take it lightly and began insulting me and saying racist comments.
Of course as an emotional being that was extremely hurtful. It took me awhile to overcome the hurt. But one day I realized something! That action from his mother’s boyfriend encourage my boyfriend to leave and move out with me. To finally begin our life together.
Even if the anger of that man was towards me it sparked something in someone else.
That is why that situation had occurred. So in the end, I should thank this man for pushing me and my boyfriend into the next chapter of our life.
Another scenario:
A babysitter has been abusing children but there was no hardcore evidence of it. In the end a baby ended up died. Unfortunately, the death of this baby gave enough evidence for police officer to bring this wicked woman behind bars.
In the spiritual sense, that baby was born just for that situation. Why? All spirits are able to reincarnate, so even if the baby dies he will return again. This spirit chose to live a short life to expose this woman of her wrong doing. To receive a punishment in the physical realm. Teaching her a spiritual valuable lesson. The baby could have been an angel, to help push plateau souls to ascend. Which this woman was, a stuck soul.

Now, was this woman evil?
No. She is an ignorant soul (young) that was selfishly seeking her own desire or idea of one.
Was she in the wrong?
YES! In Gods eye, she violated a sacred law of taking a life. Her action will not go unpunished.
~ When a toddler acts selfishly and does something wrong, you correct them. This was God correcting his child (the Woman)
God uses emotions to bring forth change within us. If we are not listening, the levels of his approach can intensify.
Ask yourself, after something big happens in your life. Was there a softer approach? Did God previously tried guiding you on the right path? Is there something, God what’s you to evolve/ascend from?

Evil spirits & dark energy?
Intelligent spirits
Are still ignorant souls that are rebelling but still plays a role in pushing people to evolve. Just experiencing them can cause a lot of emotions and self reflections.
Dark energy
They are not spirits just energy what we produce by creating a repetitive action.
For example:
Going to an abandon hospital and feeling the heaviness in the air. You believe it is dark. But it is just the energy of the people’s footprints or mark in the air, that once lived there. If the hospital went through many death due to an illness or a plague then sadness & suffering will fall heavy in the atmosphere.

In the end what will be your choice?

There is always consequences to your actions, so choose the best one you’re presented with.
When you see someone doing something bad. First, what was the root cause ( their traumas ) and did this person choose to continue the suffering or move past it? We can’t feel pity for the bad people who chose to hurt others. Even if they went through suffering or had went through hell, they still had a choice to heal. God will take care of them, We need to move forward in our own healing.
**And still these ignorant souls help others to evolve. That would be a yin yang effect. I’ll discuss that in another blog.*
