Please read carefully the below description of

Divine Spiritual VeroS LLC Refund Policy. 

Product & Services

Spiritual Services - are not refunded or exchanged

Digital Download - are not refunded or exchange due to the nature of the product.

          ~ if an issue arises that the file it self ( such as it is unable to Download ) please email me and we will work with you on making sure the file is received. If the format is the issue, in which it doesn’t work with your desired platform it is not refunded or exchange as the products description state all the necessary information a client needs to make a firm decision before purchase.

Classes: 

         ~ Online payment, Cancelling a class more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded. ( No exchanges )

         ~ Please note that there are no refunds for attending only part of a class or for leaving early. The instructor dedicates time and resources for each attendee, so we kindly ask that you ensure you are able to fully participate before booking.

Refund Policy for Physical Products

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Physical products are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.

  2. Conditions for Refund:

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. No Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund within the specified 14-day period.

  4. Non-Refundable Products:

    • Products that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

    • Sale, clearance, or final sale items are also non-refundable.

    • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or incorrect.

  5. After 14 Days:

    • Products returned after the 14-day period are not refundable or exchangeable.

  6. Return Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [contact info] within 14 days of your purchase or delivery.

    • You may be required to return the product to us at your own cost unless the product is defective or there was an error in your order.

  7. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  8. Refund Method:

    • Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
